The service

Fuzz lets you join tennis tournaments, pick match winners as the draws unfold, and compete on leaderboards with others. It's for fun — picks, points, and standings are for entertainment only and have no monetary value.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You're responsible for activity on your account, for keeping your display name appropriate, and for the choices you make while using Fuzz. One account per person.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• abuse, disrupt, overload, scrape, or attempt to break the service;
• reverse-engineer or interfere with how Fuzz works;
• impersonate others or use an offensive or misleading display name;
• use Fuzz for anything unlawful.

Tennis data

Scores, draws, and results come from third-party data providers and may contain errors or delays. We do our best to keep them accurate, but we can't guarantee it, and picks or standings may be affected when upstream data is wrong.

Availability and “as is”

Fuzz is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any damages arising from your use of this free game.

Suspension

We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page; continuing to use Fuzz means you accept the updated terms.
