Fuzz's Tennis Club (“Fuzz”, “we”) is a free tennis-prediction game at fuzz.tennis. This policy explains, in plain terms, what information we collect, why we collect it, and who helps us run the service. We don't sell your data, show ads, or share it for marketing.
What we collect
- Your Google account basics. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. That's our only sign-in method.
- Your profile. The display name and avatar you set in Fuzz.
- Your activity. The tournaments you join, the picks you make, and your leaderboard standings.
- Your email preferences. Whether you've opted in to pick reminders and digest emails.
- Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) and error diagnostics, used to keep the site running and fix bugs.
How we use it
- To run the game — record your picks and compute leaderboards.
- To send the emails you've opted into. You can turn these off anytime in your notification settings.
- To keep the site secure and working — diagnose errors and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who processes your data
We use a small set of service providers to run Fuzz. They only handle your data to provide their service to us:
- Google — sign-in (OAuth), which is how we know who you are.
- Supabase — our database, authentication, and file storage; this is where your account, profile, and picks live.
- Vercel — hosting; serves the site and keeps standard request logs.
- Sentry — error monitoring; receives diagnostic data when something breaks so we can fix it.
- Resend — email delivery; sends the notification emails you've opted into.
Notification emails are opt-in and you stay in control. Turn them off anytime from your notification settings — that stops the reminders and digests without affecting your account.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. Fuzz doesn't have a self-serve delete button yet — to delete your account, or to get a copy of the data we hold about you, email hello@fuzz.tennis and we'll take care of it.
Children
Fuzz is intended for a general audience and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
